Estate Agents/Immobiliers will be have the ability to add and remove any property to the website once they have agreed to become a Partner. To do this they will have to sign an "Introducer Agreement
" and pay an annual fee. Each agent/immobilier will be given their own username and password that will enable them to add, remove and change any details about the property they wish to sell. This agreement establishes the rules of the Partnership and what commission is to be paid to Property in France once a property has been sold. The annual fee must be paid before the added properties appear on the site. Once this fee is paid, all enquiries about the properties added to the site by the agent/immobilier, will be forwarded to them. They can then negotiate directly with the prospective purchaser. When a new client completes the Registration Form and shows their interest to buy a property in France, automatic emails showing any properties that match these details will be forwarded to them. This will be done through the Property in France website.
